I am amazed with the quality of this instrument for the money paid. I have been playing now for 40+ years and used to own a Courtois Flugel some years ago. I loved that instrument but sold it because of lack of use. I regretted that and recently decided wanted another Flugel to complement our collection of brass instruments. As my son is now learning Cornet, I can play along with him without drowning him out and the tone and quality of the Elkhart Flugel is excellent. He has got is eyes on the flugel "One Day" and my Wife loves the sound it produces.
Thank you for the prompt service and I look forward to many years of us playing on the Flugel, Great Buy, Regards Mike STOTT strad that was hard to accomplish.

Customer satisfaction

I felt I had to send a few lines to say what a pleasure it was doing
business with You, firstly over the Internet, and then in Person.
I was highly impressed both with the level of Customer Service You offer,
and the extensive knowledge that You hold regarding Your full product range,
and much much
more. I can comment without any hesitation, You are Customer Service

Living close to Your Home Town, I was fortunate enough to be able to try out
Your range of Trumpets and Flugelhorns, and was absolutely amazed what Your
pound can buy. Okay, so what if they now are made out in China. They blow
very easily, the valve action is super, and the finish is outstanding. The
Flugelhorn didn't quite come up to the level of the top of the range one I'm
currently blowing, but how can they be expected to at one tenth of the price?
However, they give the £1000 Yamaha a very good run indeed for the money. A
definite photo finish on this one.

Thanks Clive, and good luck; not that You'll need it as You are most
"instrumental" in selling quality products.
